I experienced significant issues with noise from the train tracks that disturbed my sleep. The staff's communication regarding room cleaning left much to be desired, as my room was not serviced during my entire stay. Breakfast options were disappointing, offering only limited items that did not match the advertised variety.

Absolutely the worst experience. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever been, and breakfast? Just forget it. Not to mention, I expected a proper welcome gift for being such a special guest. Hard to believe this place even has good reviews. I almost wrote a positive one, but just couldn't!
